What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data stays in your account on the Free plan. You can export everything in GEDCOM format anytime, even after canceling.

Can I switch plans?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

Is my payment information secure?

We use Stripe for payment processing. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified.
